Return conditions depend on the country from which you are making your request:

🇫🇷 France: returns and exchanges are free of charge.

🇪🇺 Europe: a fixed fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 Rest of the world (international outside Europe): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any fees will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
