First check your mailbox, with your neighbours or building caretaker, or at the pickup point you chose: parcels are sometimes left nearby. Also allow 24 hours, as some carriers confirm delivery slightly early. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer service with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
