What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?Updated a month ago

We invite you to refuse any package that appears damaged upon delivery. If this is not possible, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item (full view + close-up of the issue)

  • A photo of the packaging if it was damaged


Once reviewed, we will offer the most appropriate solution:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • A refund

  • Or a store credit

⚠️ Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.
