How can I tell if an Eleven Paris product is authentic?
Any item bought on elevenparis.com, in our stores, from our authorised retailers or official partners is authentic. We can’t guarantee the authenticity of items bought on peer-to-peer resale platforms. A small difference in detail between two product
Why do two pieces of the same style look slightly different?
Our most popular styles are produced in several runs: from one run to the next, a detail may change (drawstring tips, embroidery size, wash shade).
Will your past collections come back?
We don’t reissue past collections and don’t keep stock from previous seasons. Our new pieces are sometimes inspired by them: follow us on our socials to discover them.
Are your capsules limited editions?
Generally, yes: our capsules and collaborations are produced in limited quantities and restocks are never guaranteed. Some are brought back when they’re particularly successful, such as the Loveless and Madame capsules.
Are your collections unisex?
Yes, the vast majority of our sweatshirts, t-shirts and joggers are unisex.
I saw an Eleven Paris piece in a show or music video: is it for sale?
If the piece is still on the website, it’s available. If not, it’s from a past season and no longer produced.
When are new collections released?
We launch several collections and capsules each year. They’re announced first on Instagram and in our newsletter.
