How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the designated field at checkout. Click āApplyā to calculate the discount. Only one promo code can be applied at a time unless stated otherwise.
Can I combine multiple codes?
In general, promo codes cannot be combined. Only the first applied code will be considered.
How does the gift card work?
Enter your gift card code in the designated field at checkout. The value will be deducted from your total order amount. If the balance is insufficient, you can complete payment with another method.
My promo code isn't working
Check that the code is entered correctly and still valid. Make sure the promotion applies to the product or category you are purchasing. Contact our customer service if the issue persists.
